Charges for individual bookings

If cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit / Debit card.

If cancelled within 14 days to 7 days prior to check-in date, then cancellation charges would be 50% .

Cancellation within 7 days before the check-in will attract 100% charges.

For Groups

25% if cancelled forty five days in advance.

50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.

50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.

100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.
